These terms and conditions apply to your use of our accommodation in France. By making a reservation and staying at our property, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payment

To make a reservation, you must provide us with your full name, contact information, and payment details. You must also provide us with the expected arrival and departure dates and the number of guests.

We accept payment by credit card or bank transfer. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival, we will refund your payment in full. If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days before your scheduled arrival, we reserve the right to retain your payment in full.

If you decide to leave before the end of your reservation, we will not refund any portion of your payment.

​3. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is between 2:00 PM and 21:00 PM and check-out time is between 09:00 AM and 11:00 AM. We may be able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests, subject to availability and additional fees.

​4. Guest Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the property during your stay. You must also adhere to any rules and regulations posted in the property.

You are liable for any damage caused to the property during your stay, including any damages caused by your guests. You must report any damages or issues with the property to us immediately.

5. Liability

We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages to you or your guests, or your personal property during your stay. We recommend that you obtain travel insurance to protect yourself against any unexpected events.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events outside of our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. The most current version of the terms and conditions will be posted on our website.
